Our Peacebuilding Department is committed to fostering sustainable peace, unity, and resilience in communities across Nigeria. By addressing the root causes of conflict, empowering local actors, and promoting inclusive dialogue, the department ensures that peacebuilding efforts are driven by the communities themselves. Emphasising collaboration with local systems, the department supports community-led approaches to Preventing and Countering Violent Extremism (PCVE), reconciliation, and conflict prevention. Through capacity-building, advocacy, and innovative initiatives, Neem Foundation strengthens community systems, ensuring sustainable solutions for conflict resolution while promoting the active involvement of youth and women in decision-making processes.
